FAQ

How do I book an appointment?: Through emailing me at maxmotocarellc@gmail.com. Please ensure you provide your home address, first and last name, phone number, year, make, model, and trim of your vehicle, as well as the services you'd like to have done. I will reply with an estimate and an estimated time of completion for the services. Once I've confirmed everything with the customer and ordered parts, refunds are not available.

How does the process work?: I receive your email and confirm services and then order parts. Once parts arrive, I will personally pick up your vehicle and bring it to my garage. I will perform the services on your car and return it to you in person, then I will take payment for the services completed.

What insurances do you have?: I have Garagekeepers Legal Liability Insurance to cover any physical damage to a customer's vehicle while it is in my care, custody, or control for services like repair, service, or storage. This coverage handles claims for damage from collision, theft, fire, and vandalism.

Where are services performed?: Right in my garage to ensure your vehicles' safety, to comply with the HOA, and to keep your driveway clean. I use absorbent mats in my garage to ensure no environmental hazards

Where are the old parts/oil disposed of?: All parts/oil are disposed of through government-approved Hazardous Waste Centers to ensure environmental safety

Payment policy: Once parts are ordered, refunds are not available. I will confirm and finalize the estimate with you before anything is ordered
